Children Under The Age Of 18

Our website is not intended for children under 18 years of age. Where Is My Information Stored?

Buckner Consulting is a US based law firm servicing US clients. Information is stored in United States based data centers and is not transferred outside of the United States. 

Do Not Sell Rights

Buckner Consulting does not sell Personal Data or share Personal Data about you for purposes of behavioral advertising, profiling or targeted advertising.  

Deletion Rights

You may request that we delete any of your Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us to:

  • Provide the services that you have requested

  • Detect or respond to security incidents

  • Protect against malicious or illegal activity

  • Comply with a legal obligation
